With Package Realty, you can save on the commission of the LISTING side by choosing the service package that works for you: * Gold - 3% Commission for Full Service Traditional Style Brokerage - includes multiple city MLS listings, sign in yard, color flyers, open houses, online listings, newspaper and magazine listings. * Silver - 2% Commission for Limited Style Brokerage - includes Houston area MLS listing, sign in yard, color flyers, limited open houses, and online listings. * Bronze - 1% Commission for Discount Style Brokerage - includes Houston area MLS listing, sign in yard, and online listings. Broker Information All packages include contract negotiations, follow-up and other Realtor® expertise for the best real estate experience possible. Best of all, there are NO upfront fees if you work exclusively with a Package Realty Agent.	Package Realty is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors®, National Association of Realtors®, and Women's Council of Realtors®.
	A la Carte Services: We also offer additional services if you want to upgrade your plan at anytime. For example, you have the Silver Package but you want more Open Houses. Each additional 2-hour Open House is $75. If you are a Buyer or Renter and want to look at homes but do not want to sign an Exclusive Buyer's Representation Agreement. The Home Tour fee is $40 per hour. Home Staging, Maid Service, Lawn Care and Handyman also available, call for details.
